ADHD Coaching Services
Flexible coaching options to meet your family's needs.
I would love to work with you. If I can help in any of the areas below please get in touch.
Teens and Young People
Designed specifically for those still at school, either with or without an ADHD diagnosis. I focus on the challenges that matter most to them. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and practical - helping them build skills, confidence, and a better understanding of how their brain works. For many teenagers this becomes an ongoing arrangement - consistent support makes real difference.
Programme structure:
- Initial block of around 6 hours of coaching
- Flexible session length
- Family sessions can be added where helpful
- Pause or end at any time
What's included:
- ✓ Planning, organisation, and other executive function skills
- ✓ Time management, homework, and school pressures
- ✓ Emotional regulation and managing frustration
- ✓ Self-advocacy and communicating their needs
- ✓ Building confidence and self-understanding
- ✓ Navigating friendships, social skills, and masking
Parent support
I also work directly with parents and carers - particularly those with younger children, where coaching the child directly may not yet be the right approach, or where the teenager is resistant to coaching. Sessions focus on understanding ADHD, building confidence, and creating calmer, more supportive routines at home.
Programme structure
- Suggested course of 6 x 60 minute sessions
- Optional to include wider family support or joint sessions
- Pause or end at any time.
What's included:
- ✓ Understand your child’s ADHD and behaviour
- ✓ Reduce overwhelm and parental burnout
- ✓ Develop supportive strategies that actually work for your family
- ✓ Improve communication and emotional regulation at home
- ✓ Feel less alone and more confident as a parent
- ✓ School advocacy and EHCP support
