While I'm working towards accreditation with the Association for Coaching, all sessions are offered at reduced introductory rates.
Discovery Call
20–30 minutes
A relaxed, no-obligation call where we can talk about what's going on for you or your child, what you're hoping for, and whether coaching feels like the right fit.

Parent & Family Sessions
60 minutes per session
Parent support and family sessions - for parents of younger children or where additional support is needed alongside teen coaching.
